I think this tier list puts a lot of weight on team comp strength. Once we get more elemental supports like Lingguang is for fire and Mitsuha is for ice, I think some of the older mods will starting tiers like Skadi did

@@zhiwu2472 Wish this was something I took into consideration when I pulled for her SS + Sig, which ran my shifted stars into the ground (like 1500 left from 50K lol). I should have spent it on S Hera for her SS instead. I knew Hades would fall off, but I thought it was from T0 to like T0.5 or a high T1 at worst, but T2? That's literally unplayable. At least my girl Skadi gets a buff.

I only have 1 ¨meta¨ modifier Hades and I've managed to clear all the global content so far, I hope that the game doesn't force you to get ¨X¨ T0 meta modifier because so far this gacha in particular it feels that you can fully clear it without struggling too much, it just takes a little bit of extra resources

the cn tier list is, from my understanding, which characters have the most value for overall investment, assuming you have limited resources. the old one says, for example, that you should get the sig for hera before hades b/c it has a bigger impact on your damage. with that in mind, hera being t0 makes a lot of sense b/c of how much stronger she makes your team overall, and not just what her personal damage output is. if you balling though, the sky is the limit lol.

That glow up with skadi is a buff. Skadi and osiris got that and that's where they rise up. Tsukuyomi and Jinei in this tier list already hv that glow up. So it's not just bcs of jinei support, it's bcs she's that strong now in league with hades. Like literally it's kotachi dps in hades level same as tsukuyomi. Light tyr also got the glow up. So you kinda get the idea that how strong oceanus and anubis is the aforementioned units got the buff that push them that high. If we're still in the global tier, hades would rank tier 0 and u got oceanus/anubis tier 1..jinei and tsuku would be hades t0, light tyr t0.5.. Like that

You'll notice her problem when u get better units. For example, she's mainly single target or small aoe, if u face mobs that spreads around with high hp, you'll stuck there trying to kill 1~3 mobs while the other moving freely without getting any hits. Even with boss if they move frequently, her duet mode doesn't stick on them, takes like 1 second for it to rearrange the puppet to the boss again if they ran or teleport away. Loss in dps there. Next hades doesn't hv good debuffs herself which is why a Thor x Osiris team kicks hades down the throne bcs Thor inflicts armor break while hades doesn't. Then hades is also slow on the buildup, even if u equip divine grace warp to get sweet 50 DG on at the start, you still need to wait 4 stacks that took 30 seconds at least for hades to reach full dmg potential and if u did duet mode you need to reapply the 4 stacks again. So consider all the points I've stated and u got hades doesn't seem as broken as thought. 2 types of fights : short fight and long fights..hades doesn't stand on top on any of it. Short fight someone like Hel is on top bcs quick fast execution but then Thor x Osiris comp takes the throne from hel, long fights needs consistent high dps rate in which flametyr can perform better and units pass flametyr would be the new era of dps rate. Hence hades falls short

Weird. Hades in the same Tier as Jin-ei + Artic Poseidon? Is Are the T1 really that much better to push Hades down? Currently have both Osiris and Hades, and Hades DESTROYS Osiris in terms of level clear, ease of play, dmg output. I'd love to see the breakdown to see why/what they're grading on because I have to missing something.

Not sure what the parameters are, but the logic is that S Hades does fixed damage, which does not scale and she takes a huge hit from bosses having much higher HP later on. I never imagined that she would fall from T0 to T2, though. Maybe they'll change it so her damage isn't fixed in the future and will scale better.

I have to wonder under what context are their rankings being used? Is it S or SS? Signature functor or no? I say this because Hades is T2, but is the hades their using similar to mine? Mine is SS, transcend 4 sig functor with high crit and crit damage. So my hades is a tad more invested than the people i hear with a S Hades and purple functor.

For cn yes, for global no,still T1 in global..but mainly, his ultchain is with sobek which is kinda not worth to hv sobek be your subdps in his team, ultimately remove ultchain, then with signature functor you'll use blue code which encourage you to not use his burst mode the ultimate as to keep functor buff going. Blue code with functor stands above other code, but without functor red code would better choice but also better work for boss or single target than mobs. So there you hv it, cut ultchain, cut ult usage, you'll have with just the 3 skills and that dps rate although strong but other new units can perform it better, so he got "overshadowed" (pun intended)... But regardless what's make ag different from honkai or pgr is bcs they give you a choice! Use anubis in 2.6 and you can still beat the daily/weekly content that provides shifted stars. Meta is not forced upon you. So pull what u like.

By this list rankings, A grade T0 = S grade T1 ... So in what gameplay buzenbo (A rank T1 ) can out play Oceanus or Athena ( both S ranks T3 ) ?! There's something really wrong with this ranking system. Personally I'm grateful they took the time to create this suggestions in builds and teams but honestly i will ignore them all together.

A rank modifiers are extremely easy to omega. I would definitely consider omega Buzenbo better than Oceanus or Athena at S.

​@@avatarathos46 i already have 7k atk, 50% crit, 84% crit dmg buzenbo and she can't "score" enough points gameplay wise, dmg is like 1/3 rd of what Athena is doing even if you use the 7 x S3 method i doubt she can come close or outdps S rank but I'll be testing that in the future when i have enough resources for her warp, currently i can't see her shining in such way but i always leave the tiny possibility I'm wrong about her. Time will tell. It's not like they gave any boss and his stats where they tested those builds and team comps to make this list have some context behind it, i saw it's not pure strength ( dps ) based, but buzenbo has no support so that made me wonder how she should be "priority" over base S ranks with better dps, support or simply better gameplay feel. That's my personal opinion, if you like what they propose by all means use it, maybe they were correct all along, i just don't see it happening in this specific case.

@@ChaosiNPixelz She has non-damage utility... She's one of 3 currently available modifiers that can proc zero time outside of extremity dodge. Furthermore she has ult chains and can be built as a unit to support said chains over just being the main damage dealer. Secondly, this is a tier list for CN v2.6 and you're using our currently available units to judge a future version of the game. So by implying your test on global is valid, you're also implying that she definitely hasn't had a synchro buff (e.g. what makes Skadi from bottom tier to almost top tier, among other contributors). Something more alarming, if you're unaware of the synchro buff history, is Shinri Tsukuyomi being the same tier as Hades. Go test that on global and tell me how that goes.

If you look back at what i wrote, it says " out play" not "out dps / out class" meant as gameplay difference ( and yeah i know i chose a wonderful example with Athena comparison although i have no issues with her ). As for usefulness/dmg ... Athena has 20% def breaks which is multiplicative if you have additional sources, Buzenbo has none of it, zero time is also not Buzenbo exclusive and in 99% of the party setup with Athena includes Hera, not the skill chain Hera because of the stack count reset. It's not like I'm trying to convince you or anyone else to not build Buzenbo or build Athena instead of Buzenbo. Also skill chains ... i take multiplicative stats not additive and not every skill chain has better results than single use without partners. In any case they have their reasons to put Buzenbo there, i have my own to doubt that based on game mechanics and how/which stats are additive and which are multiplicative and so on, i have no issue Buzenbo being stronger than S base ranks, i just don't see it happening if you build your teams correctly. I'm curious if they include modifiers functors. Without functor for Athena she's ok to good enough, however with her functor she's pretty devastating compared to any dps currently on global, however we do have a ways to go till 2.0 and other big content to come. Form my experience currently Athena>Buzembu but it's still very early compared to cn
