The kitchen area blew my mind. And you would need a ladder in the wardrobe as well. It sure looks like a mini hotel. I suspect the owner would be rent or lease this place. This house probably planned by the new owners with these specifications in mind. A gardens inside the house is questionable. Really if there are young children it will be hard to find them. Also the rooms are miles apart. Overall the house looks very impressive but not for me as the maintenance cost will be high. Love to see the house when it’s finished.

Jerome this is more like a resort, can’t imagine the maintenance cost and property insurance! You definitely need a crew to run this house ship shape.🏡☀️👀🇺🇸

@@eattradetravel Agree. Also apart from the insurance, there’s utility costs like gas and electricity etc. As you said it’s more of a holiday property where it can be rented out. Probably more to gain than living there permanently.
