No, you are not going to run out and start a Tarot card reading business, because you have no idea what you are talking about. Tarot readings take time and effort. If you sell BS, customers will know and leave bad reviews on etsy and never come back. It is not a get-rich-quick-by-cheating-others scheme that people with no ethics would be attracted to.

Also it’s just not cool to be scamming people when it comes to tarot people literally come to me in their most vulnerable state when they book readings with me and I’m always there to provide authentic readings for them. Started to make my review of him, and erased it because I didnt want to be 'mean', but after listening to him repeatedly bash, snicker, belittle tarot industry, I said : Nah *hold my beer* Look, dude, NO ONE no where is ever going to think youre part of the 'enlightened' community, make no mistake. Yeah I agree with you, 15 or 20 bucks probably isn’t enough to hire a reliable psychic, do it in person or on Skype and make sure they have a lot of real reviews!! Also one thing people don’t realize about anything psychic related is that it isn’t always 100% correct or successful just because of human error or lack of focus, etc plus I believe we all have free will and what they are revealing might be just one possibility of many. But that doesn’t mean that it isn’t real or that there aren’t people who are more accurate and skilled.

I am intuitive and am wanting to start my own tarot business with conducting readings and creating my own decks. I believe that every tarot reading needs to taken with a grain of salt and everyone needs to use their own intuition and better judgement with any reading they receive as readings are not for every single person in the audience. I believe an individual should always go with what they are drawn to with the knowledge that tarot readings are still subjective and things change. That's why its always best to look for confirmation, signs, and synchronicities when dealing with anything spiritual. It's the Universe's way of leaving breadcrumbs for you to follow along your path or journey. Thank you for your video. I sell digital tarot and oracle decks on Etsy. Convenient because they print and use instead of waiting weeks for a deck to arrive and they are a fraction of the price. Instant access decks. Not as many searches but it's starting to get views and favorites. Made a couple hundred sales. Adding everyday to my shop. Thank you for posting this video. I sell with print on demand and you earn only a few dollars each set if you don't want your cards to be completely overpriced... I have also a publisher and with the publisher I sold 2000 decks in one year and you find them in regular book shops. Therefore I think it's really optimistic to sell 2000 decks easily with Etsy...

@@anaantony2165 I would suggest The Game Crafter. They are in the USA, can print 1 prototype for you and have many advantages such as crowdfunding. I’ve already manufactured 14 games (board & card) and have been doing this for years. They state how to save the files, you upload, and that’s basically it. and do you know enough about Tarot to be able to write an accompanying booklet, because thats what users want - a specific booklet that describes the meanings you associate with each of your cards, because the style of cards define their interpretation - so its not as easy as you think. If you don;t understand tarot reading you will struggle with authenticity and tarot readers will not buy cards that make no sense

So for Tarot readings this lady will actually have to lay out the cards and draft the reading and send it. If you calculate that she does 320 a month and each reading takes approximately 30 minutes to conduct, draft, and send then she’s doing a 40 hour week just doing readings. Readings aren’t passive digital income. Still an interesting analysis. I enjoy your channel and your exploration of outside the box areas in Etsy.

As a casual tarot deck buyer, the only market for tarot decks I see flooded are mass produced on Amazon by US Games. Etsy though? Nah. More expensive, but “indie” decks are so much better produced and thought out. Edit: if you mean Tarot readings, then yeah it’s flooded. Unfortunately because of some BS’ers out there.

Existing tarot card decks will already be under copyright to the original creators, therefore you can't just get them printed on demand - that would be an illegal bootleg version. Not sure why you are promoting the idea of print on demand for tarot card decks, unless you are referring to some one creating their own unique deck? Presumably the Etsy shop you have featured will buying from the authentic publisher at publisher's whole sale prices?

this makes me laugh because you take NO account of how much work it takes to actually create the artwork for a tarot deck. Even if you can churn out a card a day, thats 2 months work before you even start thinking about the accompanying booklet for meanings, getting printed etc
