Something you missed is that because Lost protection is “when” you fusion summon a monster, if the fusion summon is anything other than chain link one you won’t be protected

so just a question , does branded lost protect albion from effect valor or imperm branded fusion (send bystial lublion + FOA) => cl1 albion , cl2 lost (search anything ) , does lost protect albion from imperm or effect valor ?

Correct, your opponent cant activate anything in response to your albion including imperm/veiler

So here's a question: Can the opponent chain for example solemn judgement to branded fusion under lost, and if he can, would it resolve negated?

They can activate it, but solemn would resolve without effect

Ok, I have a question. Let's say that he has Zeus right ok, so I play Branded Lost (he doesn't respond), then Branded Fusion (no response either), so standard then Albion chain link 1,Lost Chain Link 2. Fuse Lubellion, then go into Mirrorjade. Can I banish Zeus with Mirrorjade after he is Fusioned summoned with his Quick Effect? Like he can't trigger Zeus in response to Mirrojade not targeting banish?

Regarding the first point: I was under the impression that the opponent can activate anything they want in response to Branded Fusion (for example), but if it would negate the activation, it instead does not negate. i.e. those responses are completely legal, they just don't do anything. Is this incorrect?

Yes, opp still can respond and use Baronne/Savage/Solemn to negate the activation. But as the chainlink resolve, it does nothing. Opp can still negate, but nothing happened. You can bait your opp to negate the activation under Branded Lost and waste his activation negate, as the fusion summoned would still resolve just fine 😂

Does this include the effect of albaz? So i trigger the fusion summoning by normal summoning albaz for example, can albaz effect be negated?

What happens if I activate Branded in Red that is set on my opponents turn, target ad libitum in GY for cost with Lost up and my opponent has a set super poly? Can he respond at any point if i use ad lib with mirrorjade and a random monster on field to make Chimera? If so, when?

he can activate super poly in response to Branded in Red, in which case ad lib would come to hand still but you might not fusion summon. Otherwise, they'd have to wait till the open gamestate after your Chimera effect resolves, or in response it Ad Lib effect to revive mirrorjade, or on mirrorjade summon. He can do it on mirrorjade summon of Ad Lib because it's not a fusion summon, and Lost only protects the window after a fusion summon.

Wait. How can they negate the effect of Branded Fusion with Ash Blossom? Branded Lost says that the EFFECT also cannot be negated.

Nah, to clarify, it’s saying the activation of your cards, OR the activation of your effects, cannot be negated. It’s the activation in both cases. The “or” is giving the options of what’s being activated, not the options of what cannot be negated. Hope that helps.

Konami shorten words in English, because the original Japanese text said "The activation of your cards and the activation of your effect". In English it just said "The activation of your cards or effect". However, this is not be confused with "The activation and effects of your cards", if that's what the text said then Ash is useless then.

So what would happen if your opponent chains an effect to branded fusion that would dump cards from deck to grave that then have their effects? my monster would be the last thing to happen making the opponents monster effects unable to activate, correct?
