I made this transcription in 1992, in 1993 Massimo Nosetti (1960-2013) performed this music in Leipzig, Paris, Los Angeles in world premiere. I played this music for the first time in 2000 for the 250th anniversary of the death of Johann Sebastian Bach. This transcription was published by the Carrara Publishing House of Bergamo in the year 2000.
