Sup Big B. I’ve watched almost all your videos but I need your guidance on this particular subject. I’m at the point where pressing, packaging and shipping is just taking to much of my time that I can be focusing elsewhere like my art or sales. My question is.. where do I look? How do I hire people? I don’t have any reliable family and have no friends. Sounds sad but it is what it is. I’m afraid this is a bottleneck in my business and I need to fix it soon. Thanks so much for all the free content and information you make available!! Wondering how you go about doing team shirts for like softball or baseball teams for example. Do you order a bunch of gang sheets of numbers? Do you just do the individual names in vinyl? There are tons of small town teams around me and I would like to look into marketing to them but I want to make sure I have my ducks in a line

good question. i get the team logo done on a transfer sheet and utilize the gang sheet by putting multiple team logos on one sheet. for numbers and names on back, i use vinyl. easier to customize and keep my cost down. so gang sheet for front team logos, vinyl for names and numbers on back.
