Owners association need to create a rule (assuming there isn't something in place already) that limits the amount they can increase a players salary over the next highest paid player in the league to help facilitate this pay inflation we've seen lately. Cant just keep throwing bundles of cash at everyone constantly. If there were caps & limits in place like this, it would allow more even team structures (as far as talent) through the league.
