Don't make the Orioles angry, you wouldn't like them when their angry.

I'm waiting for the Hyde haters to comment blaming him for not winning by 20 runs lol. Great win today, great series. We not only beat the Evil Empire in another series but we burnt their house down before leaving town. M-A-G-I-C!!!

So true, dude. You’d think they expect the Orioles to win 162 games the way they go on. Let Gunnar go into a 3-4 game slump and they’ll say we should trade him.

I love it. Games like this the Hyde haters are nowhere to be found

@@walterehmann8799 You're spot on. I've watched almost every one of these players in Salisbury with the Shorebirds, & have followed them through the system. I watched every O's game when they were in last, & defended them for not wasting $ on Free Agents when people said they were tanking. They replied that the rookies couldn't be competitive without vets in the lineup, I replied that they should do more research on the players in the minors. They were wrong. A few years ago Hyde's postgame videos at the most got 500 views in a week, AND NOW that the O's are winning this one has 1000 views in an hour, & sooo many of them give their opinion on what they know nothing about. The MLB has changed sooo much since these fair weathered fans have watched, such as the Pitch Clock, ban on all sticky stuff, larger bases, no shift, etc, & among the most important is discipline to trust the data & Elias is a mastermind. I saw him at a Shorebirds game, he was just standing & watching, & there were no top prospects playing. I went up to him & told him how I watched the press conference when he got hired, how I respected his transparency with sharing his strategy of building an elite pipeline, but that Dan Duquette hired whoever the Angelos told him to. He laughed & said that's he made his strategy public so the Angelos couldn't interfere. And, with him bringing in Sig, firing Brady, drafting Adley over Bobby Whit, drafting Gunner even though every other team passed because he was in HS, moving the wall back & all the other brilliant things he's done, none of them exceeds him hiring Brandon Hyde. He had never managed an MLB team, but Elias had to know that his discipline was as solid as a rock. I knew he was the right man for the job when he said something to Chris Davis that made him go berserk lol. But he's doing a remarkable job with a team full of very young players. But regardless, some are still bashing him. Last night it was because Hyde pinch-hit Hays for O'Hearn in a bases loaded situation. There were comments saying how no decent manager would ever do that & even how Hyde is often the O's worst enemy. I called them ridiculous, told them they knew little about baseball, etc. They gave O'Hearn's stats, but what they failed to realize is that NY had a lefty pitching, & O'Hearn is batting .098 against left handed pitchers. KC DFA'd O'Hearn, the O's gave him a minor league deal & now he's a beast. WHY??? Because Hyde uses his players where they have the greatest chance of succeeding. Anyway, sorry for writing a book here but I'm wound right up & having some frosty beverages, got steamed crabs cooling & I'm LOVING this Orioles team & when people who just jumped on the bandwagon starts bashing it, I get very passionate & tell them that they're welcome to ride but they damn sure ain't got no right to say how the wagon should be driven. I remember 1983 & this team - with HYDE AT THE HELM - is the onlyO's team I've seen since then that could take us back!

Definitely don’t wanna hear the negatives from the fan base, what they should be doing is really congratulating this team on beating the two best teams and baseball two out of three games and proving that they have an opportunity to be very special in the postseason as long as they can continue to work together Potentially pick up a very good pitcher . The team has a lot of leadership and understands what it is to go out there and put their best faces on each and every game.

@baronvonnembles I get that but Hyde is a good manager still I believe in him and the organization

I only criticize Hyde because I don’t want another Ubaldo over Britton moment at the very worst time. I like Hyde and think he ABSOLUTELY does his best. Part of the coaches job is to take the blame when things go wrong and skirt praise when they win. Hyde is looking like a Baltimore legend 🙌

I think Hyde is doing a good job sifting through the talent he has. Pitching is an issue right now, but hopefully we sort that out at the deadline.

All I have to say is how bout dem O's. Oh yeah. Let's go Braves and sweep the Skankees. Before anybody comments, I support two teams. The O's and any team that beats the Skankees

Proud of the O's winning the last 2 series the hard way, by winning the back 2 games, against the Phillies & Yankees. Really impressed the way they hammered Wheeler & Gil also in the finales. 2 of the best pitchers in the league. O's looking pretty good even with all of the pitching injuries. Let's keep it going in Houston!

17 runs and they still left 12-14 on the bases! Incredible!
If the Yankees thought they'd spur a brawl by throwing at our players, they were sorely mistaken. Instead of beating them with their fists, they pummeled them with their bat's!
