In one clip this guy says some girls drove him back to the sewer to get the drugs and in this one, "I met a gentleman @ the hotel who takes me back to get the drugs" to get the drugs out of the sewer...hmmm. Slip of memory or still scamming?

Dude!.... Novak's a god! A F'n king! I have Dreamseller. Read it quite a few times. Such an amazing piece of literature. I've died 13 times, lots of medical things... but also 5/6 of those doing OD's. I've learned what's good for me n what's not. Of course I figure out on my own when I did my farewell shot n said yea.... I'm done playing with it. I've seen it take many, I've lost the most important soul in my life to it... Shes alive still and recovered so thank gawd!. I've seen it wreck others though, beautiful gorgeous girls... ripped up from it💔💔💔 Dope... the rig in ur arm, the perfect metaphor is "it's got its teeth sunk into you" Tootin, smoking.... one thing. Once you boot it... it's like having sex. As long as you see that bloom... ur gonna have the O!. Once u boot, smoking or snorting (tooting) just isnt good enough. Once u kno how to straight get that feeling... its "why bother or waste it "tootin it?" I've known of Novak for years!.. never knew his story n history of substance use. Once I was done it's one of the things to where "man! Wish I would've seen it earlier" though like he sez.... I didnt have a problem. Compared to other good friends I'd known... I was just having fun. Having fun doesn't consist of dying I suppose. Yea... Novak is a king!... for overcoming his addictions, yea. For really a king for what he does now to inspire n help people going through that hell. Like all skaters whom inspire kids to pick up n skate... that's rad, but addicts whom inspire to put down... that's Gold!🤘🎸🤘🎸🤘🤘😎😎

Well done Branden, being a heroin addict is such a slippery slope to get out of but you somehow survived it and cut the shackles to the substance. One day I will get control and stop and get my life back even if its just a crappy one at least I won't need a drug in me just to not get sick.

it took so much more than sobriety to stay sane, and it takes more than "sanity" to keep sober.

sobriety and sanity dont always happen together. i dont always feel sane, but i could stay sober for months throughout insanity. and when im not sober, i feel more sane because it helped me deal with my moodswings to have a drink. they dont always go hand in hand. i am where i am now because i asked for help, and these videos from brandon novak help more than anything when i need someone to talk to.
