Brandon I got sober been sober for over a year now but this whole year has been crap and I don't know what to do I don't know how to get a job or even want to get up in the morning to keep on going I don't understand why I feel like this and why everybody said you'll get sober and your wife will be so much better😢😢 I feel like that's a lie and I don't feel like my life is getting any better than it was before I don't know what to do😢😢

Nothing beats the peace of a healthy relationship with your parents. Novak really turned his life around. He is in a well deserved position by choosing discipline over his impulsiveness. Bravo. 👏 ❤

Never would have you’d be clean and still around at this point given the state you were in back in the day.

Your mother is a saint. I recovered from fentanyl. I know I put my parents through hell. They still loved and prayed for me daily. I was afraid they would pass away knowing I never got clean. As I write this with a grateful sober mind I know the one thing your mother wanted more than anything in the world from you was to see you get clean. You’ve exceeded those expectations by also helping others and changing lives. God uses broken men like us for his glory.

The bipolar hell description is spot on. When I was in rehab I was outside walking in rural Texas and thinking man its so beautiful here and having a moment of joy. Then I walk up to a building that has a painting of a spartan warrior and had some motivational quote under it...... and I just started full on crying! Your brain is just so jacked up and trying to find its new norm. With that its bouncing from top to bottom and it is tuff to get thru.

8:45-9;00 is my favorite portion of this video. the hug after landing the stall which cuts to Bam saying "Nice, Nice" with pride Two friends who have been down dark roads rediscovering, encouraging and excelling at their passions is truly beautiful
