Could be an advertisement, band, etc. A lot of stuff back then may catch that. Eazy - E video for Real muthaphuckin G's has some shirts and signs blurred out too. Maybe Nike or so etc. Nothing to do with PC or Woke as previous comment. Just how like certain tv shows, movies, videogames, wrestling dvds have original songs, themes and such edited out today on re-issues. Copyrights. My WWF VHS tapes of the same stuff on DVD have the original theme music of wrestlers whereas DVD they are edited.

I feel like they killed off Josh Richland way too quickly. I thought the character was interesting and I think he and Brandon could have developed a long term friendship. If they were going to get rid of him then they should have done it at a later time when the show was getting stale IMO.
