Love this place ..... The hardwood floors are beautiful. Those Hurricane lamps sitting on the floor in the upstairs closet are pretty, would love to have them. 😊 Its been lightly raining here in my home town in Texas. Its been nice because we in this area hardly ever get rain. Its always dry here.

Love your videos! Just fyi, the mirror you found behind the artwork was facing the wall to prevent it from being accidentally bumped into and broken. This is really a beautiful home, and the land!! I'm loving the exceptional tile work throughout. And the beautiful lighting on either side of the fireplace, unique and beautiful. The spiral glass light at the top of the stairs was very pretty. Down in the basement, that cinderblock/concrete room may have been the start of a safe room? Thanks so much! I always look forward to the "ciao" at the end. I always say it back.🤗

That’s a really nice well built home. Could use a wee bit of updating but still liveable. I must say real estate prices are MUCH higher in your neck of the woods than in mine. I liked the fire place and some of the light fixture such as the crystal dining room one and some of the upstairs matching ones. Beautiful property. I wish someone would buy it and give it a second chance. Wonder why they had all of those phones and other electronics. Thanks for sharing this one Brandon.

wow what an intro, love the drone footage, this place is not worth the asking price, people who wanted to get rich quick during the pandemic lol, looks like the basement was started to become an apartment, maybe they thought that would help sell the house then gave up on the idea or did not want to get permits. nice house just the same, garage look like they had one of those places in the mall that fixes cell phones ect and sells cases for them too. see a lot of small businesses set up at christmas time doing this kinda stuff in the malls.

Yeah, strange it looks better on the outside. The rooms are nice but average size. And the closets in most of the bedrooms are tiny. $3,000,000 no way. I'm not surprised it did not sell at that price.

I found the house quite charming but the price tag is likely why it never sold as you said. Unless the items in the garage contain something worth 3.5 mil? lol It was a great exploration. I would think the room on ground level was a bedroom otherwise the bathroom next to it would not have a tub shower in it. So I have to ask -how did you get in to the house? It doesn't look abandoned like most abandoned houses do.

Brandon ,those owners got no idea about selling possibly Chinese i been wathcing Selling Houses and Love it or listed and these episodes were from 10 years ago. To see you need more the Dress the house you need to get rid of the dark trims, stairs and doors, painting em white, opening up living spaces by deleting walls of unnecessary rooms, replacing windows with bigger modern ones, finishing basements, having and outside entertainment area. That place aint worth 3 million back then tell em their dreaming.by the way it look like the owners ran a pc, phone and tv repair shop going by their 2nd garage. Thx for the explore

Thisnplace would be absolutely perfect for my son and his family, they are all starting over from scratch and everything left would help them gt a new start as well, lets all pool our money together and buy it for them lol . Neither of them work though , he has to work alone because he has severe people anxiety, she does as well but they are the absolrbest parents ive ever seen and have so much love to give they would definitely need a big van as well because they have six children and ine of their kids is genius level. They taught their kids without school and got in trouble because of it😢 but when they got put in school they are ahead of all the other kids in their classes ,their baby has cerebral palsy and their fifth child has stomach issues so they are needed full time as parents as well. Sorry, got off topic, this place would be perfect for them and lots of land to play on. ❤

Maybe the owner died while in the process of finishing the basement. 🤷‍♀️ The corridors in the basement were odd even creepy to me. All those old phones etc were also sus. Thanks for another great property.
