Just landed my first listing yesterday!!!! And I had the same realization afterwards!! It's all about confidence. Everything holding you back is confidence. My dad was on the phone with me and said he was planting some viburnum. "VI-VUR-NUM" he said. "I don't know, whatever it is." I said back to him, "No Dad, be confident! You said it the right way. There's a lot of people who would have said it the wrong way and not thought twice about it." .. And that's when it hit me. There are a lot of people out here that are confident with what they are doing, even though they are doing it poorly. They are successful because they have the brass to JUST DO IT. and that's what any of us are going to need to make it. If you stumble, make it a dance. This is your song.

As a realtor in my opinion, a housing market crash is imminent due to the high number of individuals who purchased homes above the asking price despite the low interest rates. These buyers find themselves in precarious situations as housing prices decline, leaving them without any equity. If they become unable to afford their homes, foreclosure becomes a likely outcome. Even attempting to sell would not yield any profits. This scenario is expected to impact a significant number of people, particularly in light of the anticipated surge in layoffs and the rapid increase in the cost of living.

I suggest you offset your real estate and get into stocks, A recession as bad it can be, provides good buying opportunities in the markets if you’re careful and it can also create volatility giving great short time buy and sell opportunities too. This is not financial advise but get buying, cash isn’t king at all in this time!

Well, there are a few out there who know what they are doing. I tried a few in the past years, but I’ve been with Melissa Terri Swayne for the last five years or so, and her returns have been pretty much amazing.
