@iSottoVoce iSottoVoce it's our opinion although I do agree with what you said as far as it helping to dictate what a legend is made of in record sales and hits but we know where she is on the billboards...it doesn't stop her from being impactful because she is that's why her vocals are made a deal about. To me and the other people in this comment section she IS a legend in which she is legend is about your originality, work ethic,efforts, contributions,totality, consecutive amounts of years making hits or impressions fan base, status, and whether or not you're a blueprint, inspiration and your talents but also legend is who you consider to be one.... She's not legend in your book she may not be legend to the billboards but no one ever mentioned the billboards but you WE simply find her to be one because of some of the things I just named. She's had years in this game and she's still Amazing, her talent, her music and vocals are AMAZING she is apart of being a blueprint and inspiration her hits, originality and everything else is why I consider her one and I stand on that.....I think personally her bad experiences and her mistakes have limit her career because when you are in the industry you just seem to not ever afford to make mistakes but especially life, and career threatening ones.

I remember after this song came out, Ray J released a single featuring Brandy called "Thank you" off his first album. I had his album and Brandy's first album on cassette tape back then. I was real late to get a CD player 🤣. But I really liked Ray J's first album because it had a real old school Motown feeling to it. His first single "Let It Go" was really good too.
