Thank you Mr. Robertson for all the informative videos you have made! Based on your video the estimated value of my case-lost wages, pain and suffering, punitive damages and attorneys fee -it is worth 9 figures, that is over $150 million dollars. At this point it is a smoking gun-salary disparity, gender discrimination and judgment has not been paid. Please help me find an attorney. Thank you!

How long did it take you to get your right to sue letter after you filed your charge with the EEOC ? I am waiting on mine and heard I have to wait 6 months before they can issue me a letter

Thanks, the store‘s favorite employee threatened to punch me in the face so I filed an email complaint and then the following schedule had my hours cut. Then I got fired 13 days later. Wish us luck!

What’s your opinion on self-represented litigants? I know it’s not first choice for everyone but when factors such as unaffordability or no firms wanting to take on your case because it isn’t “viable” even though there is substance and merit to your claim what else can one do?

Does a case get better if you work for a company a long time 18 years?

Generally, yes. But it all depends on the case.

I have a great case and the DLSE won't make a merit, no merit finding and no lawyer wants to take my case because of the time the DLSE DLSE has been stone walling the investigation. I am on the Retaliation Part of my case, I've won the wage and hr issues yet the DLSE can't seem to do what they are mandated to do after 6 1/2 years. Malfeasance and Nonfeasance is what I am thinking at this point.

Hi Hello Kitty! Did it settle in under 6 months once the opposing atty said that your former employer is ready to settle? I was asked to think of a number so I finally found an atty. Of course my number has probably 3 zeros more than their number 🙄. So how long did you wait?

This lawyer wouldn't take my case because I only make $70,000 a year. Makes me very sad , of course it's alllll about the money

Yes, most attorneys only have $$$$ in mind. Social injustice doesn't mean anything to them.
