You notice that, too. I'm sure he does take small sips but he even admits he rarely drinks. I'm reminded of something I recall Diddy saying about partnering with Ciroc, that he didn't spend any of his own money to partner with them because his name alone would make them money. He was right. He understood the power of his name and branding, hence his clothing like "Sean John" rather than call it Puffy or something like that. I never rocked with Phat Farm because it was always a stupid sounding name to have, and their sneakers looked like slow-bus Adidas.

That’s partially true. You have to have a certain mentality to accomplish what he has. Most rappers aren’t successful in business because most of them aren’t capable. So, yes rap was a stepping stone for him but it’s his mentality that made his success. The biggest lesson from his ascension is that he had to mature into it. I once couldn’t stand this dude but now I respect and applaud his business acumen.
