I bartend in nyc. If you want to bartend, don’t follow these guy’ example. So many red flags. But for one they don’t measure anything, that’s like dive bar stuff. And even just drinks they make are plain wrong, they made “gin fizz” without egg white and with grapefruit juice. They may seem like it, but they really don’t know what they’re doing.
