Ooh how my heart misses Missouri, being a born Kansan, I lived in Branson for a few years recently, but now have returned to Kansas. Thank you for the drive! I worked at the outback pub on the strip, memory lane for me... always beautiful

I was one of the first trucks down Indian Point Rd. Friday morning. Pretty sketchy, but good to get the blood flowing first thing in the AM.

Was it very slick then?
@apt77772 жыл бұрын
@@dannybransonusa surprisingly not really. 4wd Tacoma with decent, but warn, tires were fine in the fresh stuff. A little more slippery on the groomed then re frozen thinner stuff around Ozark and on the way down 60 and 74.
@dannybransonusa2 жыл бұрын
@@apt7777 same here, even without using 4wd, I didn't slip. It looked worse than it was.

Ah yes, I remember working when it was first just sleeting. My crew and I were just trying to get salt down on the road into Westgate Resort, and even after it turned to snow we were working day and night to keep the road clear for guests and staff. Gotta say it was pretty to see everything covered in snow.
@dannybransonusa2 жыл бұрын
Yes, it's pretty, but a lot of hard work for the folks who take care of the roads. Way to go! Thanks!
