❤ I have always been a Brantley Gilbert fan ... would love to see him (and his family) at Carolina Country Music Festival in Myrtle Beach 2024... but I came across this today- and after hearing him talk about his struggle in depth..I have even more respect. 🐬🌴BGNation .. glad you chose you - God Bless

I am not a country music fan at all. But I will say they have some of the coolest, genuine people. Brantley seems like an absolute gem of a person.

If you're not big on country, Brantley is a great listen. Its hell raising with a little love and a little broken heart. All of them are like a book though. Just listen and you will feel exactly where he was in that time of his life. Great guy and musician. Plus the cma people hate him,hes not in that crowd at all

Loved Brantley and was great guest. The talk about vices, raising kids, growing up. A great real conversation about not being perfect and being okay with that but striving for it and bettering yourself 🙌🏻 5 years clean from pain killers and raising 1 year old princess, so thankful and blessed to be living the life I am now 🫶🏻👏🏻 wouldn’t change a thing with my family now ❤️ also not having my dad in my life hearing dad talk and others talk about it is nice to hear experiences they are going through!

from the bottom of my heart, i needed this episode. got me crying n shit. relationship w the parents aren’t necessarily the greatest at the moment and yall talkin about how parenting affects you guys in different ways in y’all’s lives made me feel for them in a way. recently had a realization that i’m struggling w addiction too so that part was needed.

The line about needing to have a capacity for violence to grow up as a man really turned me off though. I see myself as a protector for my family and I have never needed violence to somehow keep them safe. Such a strange belief to have.

They all test you at that age. My 5 year old son has the upper hand on my 3 year old son when normal wrestling or play fighting because he is bigger and stronger but when my 3 year old gets mad my 5 year old doesn't stand a chance. My 3 year old is a beast when he gets mad but it takes a lot to get him mad. I have always been the same way I don't get mad easily but when I do I would take on an army.
