make sure the lift is stowed in tight . look for missing parts(stow bumpers )

Great video. I'm going to share it with my neighbor. He purchased a van w/wheelchair lift. He just found out that there isn't a Control Box. Who would sell a Wheelchair Lift and not include the Control Box? There are some evil folks out there.

Just use a longer handle for greater mechanical advantage... A simple cheater bar could work for this.

It sounds like you can turn the valve either clockwise or counterclockwise and, it will provide the same function. Why don't they at least find someone who can communicate in English or, do they just get their kicks demonstrating that they do hire senile old men.
