I want there to be a (pg13?) Movie about Sir Toppen hat. And i have a story idea. Hat, is young boy who loves trains. He lives in the 1920s. His favorite engine is the failed E2 class tank engines. He has learned that all the e2s are about to be scrapped. He makes it his duty to save the last one. A green e2 tank engine by the thomas. It might go ageist the orgianl cannon, by having Edward as the first engine on sodor, but it can work.
