It was an awesome character building episode... but seriously this got under my skin a bit...Azuma wants 100% accuracy? Why? They're already at 98.91% or more. What practical difference does 1.9 percent make at all?!

In fact, sharpshooter skill are elementary in many milltary and police units around the world, 100% accuracy are order and not option to all sniper unit under stress situations as one shot kill are indeed determine sniper's mission success. The reality is that they will chose a 100% robot over Deckerd's own will. Imagine you will die if a sniper robot fail to shoot enemy, you might not chose brave Deckerd and rather a 100% shooting machine. Or to become one of 190 victims out of 10000.
