Brave Shine - Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works OP2 [Piano]

Hello everyone, and welcome to the first upload of this year 2016.
A lot of stuff has happened in January and I struggled a lot with the completion of the Brave shine piano sheet. Thankfully, things got a lot better now because of the invaluable support of my family, my friends, and also you fans.
Basically: I was anxious that I couldn't keep my level of arrangement anymore. I was always wondering whether I have reached my "peak" of arrangement activity already. Whether I can still maintain my arrangement level and improve my "Animenz style".
I know, I shouldn't be bothered by these trivial things, because in the end, it's only the music itself that matters, and not the arrangement style. But still, I really want to give my best for every video I was uploading, and I just couldn't think of a good arrangement for brave shine - an incredible song, loved by many fans in the world.
I really don't want to disappoint the fans - but I also don't want to disappoint myself as well.
Now, several weeks later, this sheet is finally finished. After a month of uncertainty and struggle. This arrangement is one of the "special" arrangement types - similar to my "Hikaru Nara" or "Owari no Sekai Kara" piano cover.
It starts with a slow variation of the chorus, in the higher register of the piano, resembling the sound of a music box from afar. And after many crescendos and diminuendos, the piece finally dies down in a lowest possible register in c-minor, (the dominant of f-minor), with the three final C-notes in the left hand resembling the sound of a bell in a requiem, until the music fades out completely in a piano pianissimo.
This may not be my best arrangement in terms of technique, nor in terms of musicality. But this is definitely one with the most heart because I put my entire soul in this piece. This is basically my very own "Brave Shine".
Well then, with this arrangement finally done, I feel a lot more confident now to arrange more anime song on the piano.
Therefore, my next video is going to be "Snow Halation" from Love Live! OST. I will try to upload it within the next 2 weeks.

OH. MY. GOD. I know it's been 6 years since you uploaded this so the chances of you reading this are close to 0. I got atached to this piece the first time I heard it in Fate but this was a whole new experience. There not a single time I dont have a salad made out of my feelings every time I listen to this. I don't even know how to put into words how I feel but it's something magical. I've been playing this on loop for the past hour and it still conveys the same feelings. I don't know anything about piano technique, and very little about music theory and arrangement, so I can't comment on that. But in terms of feel and power, this is by far the best performance out of all your anime theme versions I've heard. Everything about it oozes "Brave Shine". You managed to capture the meaning of the song, and convey it in its barest, rawest form. Everytime that fast (arpeggio?) pattern hits, I can't help but air guitar to it. This captures and portrays everything that's awesome about Fate. Thank you for this.

+ArnoldleZolid If you want the WHOLE story, I suggest reading/playing the visual novel. But if you don't have the time to do that-cuz lets be honest, WHO DOES- watch the animes. So the Fate series is divided into 3 routes; Fate, Unlimited Blade Works, & Heaven's Feel. All three are defined by what happens in the end and who the main character ends up with. So far, there have been 2 adaptions, one for Fate and the other one for UBW. There is another one currently in the works for Heaven's Feel. Ok so to start, I suggest Fate Stay Night made by studio Deen in 2006. But tbh, if you can't take bad quality animation, I don't suggest you watch it. Unfortunately, that's the only adaption for the Fate route so if you want to experience the Fate route, watch it. Then, watch the latest one which is Fate Stay Night Unlimited Blade Works. Then after that, watch Fate/Zero which is the prequel to the whole series (it doesn't matter which route).

+Fall Herring Also, I know that A LOT of people suggest watching Fate/Zero first. But Fate/Zero was meant to be a prequel. So don't watch it first, and also, I'd say Fate/Zero was the best out of all of them. So save the best for last! :) I hope I was helpful to you and good luck with this series.

Sigh ... ok it's time to tackle this one. Animenz always makes it look so easy to play a piece this beautiful, but hot damn is it hard when you start looking at the sheet music and trying to do it yourself. Wonder how many breaks I'll have to take before I'm satisfied with this one. I reckon 2 years maybe? Now that I'm more familiar with Animenz's style and have a better idea of what to practice.

It's not always easy to deliver what fans expect from you and with every video the expectations rises but I'm sure many fans here are loyal. If your future videos aren't as technical or as difficult... people will still enjoy them :3 They're just awesome to watch and listen to, it's mostly jaw dropping for me honestly. You are like the total opposite of me, you try to improve and I'm just here still playing simple songs with feels and people still watch my videos. That's why I have a feeling that when people are getting familiar with a certain style, it's not always a bad thing to keep doing what you are doing. I mean why fix things that aren't broken? I'm not saying that you should neglect improvement, but you shouldn't break you mind over it.

Your style comes from your passion of playing, and your love of doing so! In every sheet that you do, you are always able to make something amazing and incredible, even in something as "simple" as "The song of Aether"
