Duskstar 39/ Luna The Wolf , awesome. Just a little bit of extra information if you care to tell your band director or bandmates, in this piece the piccolo represents the grandfather and the flute represents the main character of the book the Chinese Cinderella. At the beginning of the peace, it is like a conversation between the two characters. Later, when the same theme comes back, you will notice that it is only flute. At that point in the story, the grandpa has passed away. Just a little behind the scenes information

When my band first got this piece I was so happy. I love Asian themed music. Its so pretty. When we first got it, i was the only Flute that played it perfectly which even surprised me XD so my band director might just give me the solo because of that. One question though.
