Video says more details about getting last cards in description, but the description doesn't say anything about that. Can I play Martha in Chapter 5 or do I have to move on to Chapter 6 or 7 to play her?

You can play Martha as soon as you find an NPC playing her card. You don't need to fight a character to find their card, either, as I found someone using Vigintio before I fought him. It's all only limited by some sidequests and BnD rank (altho rank is limited by chapter)

Eh the strongest deck seems eh silly. Its like saying here's the ultimate max level build for your party and then literally showing off stuff you've obtained after beating everyone. Wouldn't a better vid go towards showing what gets you to where you are instead of showing what happens when you beat every opponent

a the end of the video you can look at how to get the cards. i used that same deck for like half of the game. However, the focus of the video was showing how the get the last cards, plus two good decks...

@@MrGilbert9v The case which is silly. By time you finish building your rank you'll be rewarded with infinitely more JP than this thing will ever give you. It's nice to get 100 or so JP depending on how many times you've played BnD by the time you've finished playing all of those games you would have had more than enough JP to max out all of your jobs. Its a nice win more. Especially if you just haven't invested time into jobs much less Freelancer for the JP up perks but eh. I personally want to have fun with the game since I'm on NG+ and there's not many other VGs I want to play right now.
