I struggled with addiction as well and i know it can be so hard to get through. I actually uploaded a few videos on that topic to my channel! Great video!

I am also addicted to alcohol to lower down my anxiety i drink immensely my mindset has turned so bad cannot be described consciousness is getting affected please guide me

@@versatilehumanbeing6013 I did the same thing. I would drink to try to calm the anxiety or other emotions. It took a long time for me to realize that the problem that I was "fixing" with alcohol was actually being CAUSED by the alcohol. It scrambles your brain. Take it one day at a time buddy.

beings quitting is hard. We have built up routines and habits over the years and it is hard to break those. I try to stay busy because the devil dwells in idle time. It makes it easier to resist temptation if I don't have time to make bad choices. Don't give up.
