I think the issue with this season for far is the drama seems manufactured rather than natural. I love Below deck due to the effortless character development and conflict/resolve.

The galley has been poorly designed, all counter tops should all have raised edgers to prevent anything sliding off, bottles should have mouldered shaped groves so they don't move during swells..

You’d think. But I’ve been on a billion dollar cruise ship that lost the left side stabilizer and they didn’t have a way to fix it till the boat when into dry dock.

Sandy: If one breakdown affects the operation of the ship, especially the stabilizers, why are you "captaining" such a dangerous vessel? How does that serve the guests? It DOESN'T! They should be alerted to this idiocy beforehand or be given a refund.

And if Sandy or the owner told the guests off camera about everything being on one system and the danger it could put them in, they sure didn't act like they knew what was happening. I think it's incredibly irresponsible, and I'd be livid if I spent that kind of money and that severe listing happened because of some idiotic so-called state-of-the-art engineering. I really liked Sandy at first but she just disappoints me now. I'm done. And I doubt I'm the only one who is put off by the shit-show mishigas.

Curious if owners experienced fall out decided to rent out recoup losses without Capt knowledge. Considering her extensive background seriously doubt she'd intentionally expose crew and guests.

And let's say you're right and she didn't know beforehand, she is still lax for not having asked the question beforehand and then refusing to captain such an idiotic vessel with the "state-of-the-art" technology. this season already is unwatchable and BD is my fav reality show even tho i only watch 3 lol. do not like the crew there is never any consistency, hannah has moved on but she made BD med. BD needs kate/hannah chiefs that are strong like they were. i want "why dont you go tell capt lee everything you would do differently" when a one-striper thinks they know better, i want attitude and sass. these chicks make me nervous in a weird way like they are too shy or just so not like american girls that i cannot relate. aesha being cheif on this boat would have been be the savin grace for this sinkin ship
