Elizabeth, it isn't about what happened in the cabin. It's about sneaking into a cabin without permission, which is a huge no in yacht industry. It's disrespectful to the chief stew and most importantly the captain and owners of the yacht. Like captain Lee has said post show, even if you two had asked for permission it wouldn't have been granted because you both didn't earn to be rewarded.

I agree with you about Elizabeth. Before I knew she was 30 with 4 years of experience, I had guessed her to be early -mid twenties with a few months to year of yacht experience. I didn’t base that on her looks, it was based on her maturity, how she handled situations and her work ethic. Ironically Ashling is the one in her mid twenties with a year of experience but she’s the one who comes across as professional stew.

Had to comment before finish watching this vid. I'm with Francesca. Elizabeth prob the most annoying worker in all season. At least other work that doesn't like working there, they would quit. Elizabeth kept saying I tried my best and it won't happen again. Uh! 30? She should be shame of herself. She is not a good rep for women at this age. She didn't show value in herself and value in her work. She kept begging James for attention and desperate for love. I wish they had filmed her less and more of Ash. It is a reality show and they like drama but we prefer to look at something interest, fun, something to learn from rather than a nagging adult. Please don't ever hire her back. Ash and Fran could have got the job done because everyone is there to do the job so no one should carry anyone's workload. Izzy has a good work ethic, but I don't agree with her getting into the drama with other dep. If she wants respect from the boy she had to earn them and also talk to them differently. It just how it is. No boy or anyone thinks they had more experience than you will listen because of your title.

I couldn't help but feel sorry for Elizabeth in the beginning of the show, but as the show continued i seen that she was causing most of her problems. I agree she doesn't seem to value herself she kept chasing James who didn't give her the time of day after he got what he wanted from her. Even when he was so disrespectful towards her. She needs to learn to take responsibility for her own action and change her behaviour. At the same time, I didn't really like how Francesca fired Elizabeth I found her rather cold and cruel. But she was breaking the rules, so I cant really blame Francesca for being frustrated with her and wanting to get rid of her. At the end they should of kept Elizabeth on the show since there was only one more week left of the whole show.
