Baltic (Laura) and kiwi (aesha) cultures will undoubtedly clash as they are polar opposites. Kiwi attitudes are hardworking but very very chilled, like we're stoned surfers who'd rather be nice and accommodating than direct and assertive. Laura is the latter and the exact opposite. I don't mind her, but she should've understood that signing for 2nd stew meant she accepted that she wasn't the chief stew.

If the glass broke when Laura was right there why didn't she immediately clean it up &/or get some of the deck crew to clean it up? Maybe they just didn't show it but to me watching that episode it seemed like it should have been her job to clean up the broken glass 1st. Then make sure aesha knew about it. Then they can tell deck crew to double check later on. When the night time deck guy walked by he just did a quick glance. Like he didn't know there had been glass there & probably figured the floor looked clean enough. Yet his list said he was to clean the floors right? So both of them are responsible for the guest cutting their foot in my opinion. She should have immediately moved the guests & glass from the broken cups. Then the night time deck guy should have also performed all his duties. They both just seem lazy. Also her spending forever "getting ready" & still not looking fully glam is hilarious. 😂 what is she doing in there? So busy wanting to attract a husband but can't look any different? Come on girl lol

Well here’s the deal. She was not unconscious. Yes she said she wants to sleep. She has been extremely promiscuous with him and others. She’ll be sleeping with someone else, and enticingly cause the same problem IMO . NO it’s not her fault, but I would release her to protect the other guys from her.He was as drunk as her! I look at it like, you give a puppy a treat. The puppy comes back for another treat and then out of nowhere, the puppy gets kicked and is confused… This is a perfect example of why a perfectly good guy gets the rest of his life black listed.. Yes, throw him off the boat immediately. IMO, LAURA is the predator … Just horrible both instances! Again, NO it’s not her fault. They are young and alcohol does what it does.

Missing a piece of glass is easy to do since it’s clear. It even showed Adam walking by and looking to find anything necessary for him to do so it was an easy mistake to make. The person who cleaned it up in the first place should’ve been more overly thorough and made a note explaining the importance to do again so Adam could do a better investigation like looking for actual glass. On a different note, Adam is spot on about Harry’s work ethic. Harry needs to learn to slow down and work smarter not harder. Even Captain Glen on Below Deck Sailing Yacht has brought the saying up repeatedly. Watching Harry just help out with vacuuming on episode 1 I think, was painful to watch. How can a vacuum suck and clean when going over anything so fast? Come on. Doing deck hand duties and working with heavy equipment that can easily cause serious injury or damage is a lot more serious. I can picture a lot of bad scenarios with that kind of work ethic. Even harder to watch Harry not be open to Adam’s very smart constructive work criticism. Looks like most of Harry’s work experience on boats either doesn’t come from a very good teacher or is mostly self-taught.?. He even negatively judges Adam for taking courses on it all. Since when is professional education a bad thing a this day and age? Not having a crucial health and safety work ethic in this kind of already dangerous job could prove disastrous for a lot of people and cost a fortune in many ways. Too bad Harry didn’t have the courage to respond to Adam with his actual thoughts and feelings in the moment because maybe Adam could’ve explained a bit more for Harry to understand. Not that Harry would’ve been open to constructive criticism from a coworker. He might only be open and accepting to criticism from his superiors. Poor kid has a lot to learn about life. Hopefully luck is always on his side especially considering his hobbies too.

This season is sooooooo fake as fuck. Well all of them are but this one takes the cake. NO yachting company allows staff to hook up on CHARTERS. NONE of them for the obvious reasons. This season the producers are pushing for the hook ups so HARD because the rest of the episodes have no DRAMA. And these, shows have to have drama.... No matter how small or pathetic. Since there is little real manufacturered drama on deck.... The producers are pushing the hook ups harder than the previous seasons 😂😂😂
