Seems like it! Instead of playing a bunch of fight/bite spells and spiders and not doing much without you super expensive commander, you can just play efficient removal and play your commander way earlier.

That Tameshi Player is what I hate about current MTGA ... wish they'd get punished more - toxic deck, and then whines (ropes) when it doesnt went like theyd like it to :D

I agree with the statement about hating when players rope because they’re losing. Childish of course. However in this instance I believe he thought the game maybe glitched and wouldn’t let him counter because he forgot Cavern of Souls makes a creature of choice unable to be countered. Just a thought. I don’t think in this case that he was roping because of being salty but just not reading her cards fully. Common mistake.

That Tameshi game....Counter tribal vs removal tribal, gross lol 😅 The salt rope is silly. You got to have a sense of humor, it's supposed to be fun, sometimes you just get stomped by Amy in the brawl queue. I personally love the salt rope, it lets me know I broke their spirit 😈 but I know I am in the minority there 😄

I've come to terms with Green being the actual most oppressive color in brawl. In commander with more people it's less of an issue Imo. But the kind of ramp that only green gets access to in brawl is Imo too much.

@@Amazonian that's exactly it. Just puts you on the back foot instantly. It's a shame too because I love green for stomps and such. But I feel like the format pushes into into oops.all.ramp style decks. And with the kinds of card draw green has access to (even without a second color) that doesn't seem to have a draw back anymore. Loved the video btw, your brews and comments are always fun.

I don’t know if you’ll ever have the time with so many new commanders, but I crafted the new (at least to me) Olivia, Opulent Outlaw card and would love to see what you could do with it, if anything.

I have a Chevill deck and think I'm going to swap new Vraska as the commander. Golgari is my favourite colour combo but it seems to skirt hell queue regardless of commander so I rarely play it online now.

2 Suggestions for Brawl Decks. Marchesa Crimes/ Spellslinger? Reanimator? Or Just Value. Seems alot like Kaervek but Grixis. And Rakdos, the Muscle. 6/5 tramping. Plus the sac trigger. Rakdos sacrifice seems much spicier now.
