Brawlhalla Advanced Gauntlets Combo Tutorial

If anybody still watches this: gauntlets have been nerfed so much since the creation of this video that 90% of the shit here is now impossible. Even the dodge read parts may not work anymore because the repeated stun nerfs to nair and dair have made it so that it's possible to jump out of many combos with the right timing.

Dopameme you were my inspiration to learn all these gauntlet combos.Yesterday i got back right into brawlhalla and i tried them in a ranked match and i sawthat you can't do them anymore.I was so upset and dissapointed because of these nerfs.With them Brawlhalla is geting worse and worse...I miss the old days when you could do at least 1 true combo I miss the old days when you could double dash not sprint I miss the old content of yours with brawlhalla montages.I hope that you will read my comment someday and see how big of a inspiration tou were and are to me. DLight, Slight, Nair, Recovery, Nair, Dair, Slight, Nair, (or Side Sig) and groundpound is a combo that has worked for me. Builds up damage hella quick.

For the dair reset combo, it would be better to finish with a recovery. The Kor 69 damage dodge read can work with Val and Wu Shang, Val's Neutral Sig with a dodge frame of 8, Wu Shang's Neutral Sig with a dodge frame of 8 and Wu Shang's Down Sig with a dodge frame of 3. Mordex and Cross's neutral sigs are hard to land and have a dodge frame of 12. Another Neutral/Horizontal dodge read (Recommended for Wu Shang), is Sair > Dodge Read > MDodge > Dair > Nair > Neutral Sig. The Dair is a X-Pivot

When i use a spear i often use this combo: run + light attack + hold down + light attack. After the "hold down light attack" i do a steady dogde and cancel the dogde with a heavy up attack. If i use hammer i use this combo: stomp + heavy up attack. Or stomp + jump + gravity cancel + running heavy attack. If i use sword i don't have any combo yet. If i use bow i use: run + light attack + hold down + light attack + heavy up attack or steady light attack. If i use katar/claws i use: run + light attack + hold down + light attack + heavy arial attack. If i use blasters i often use: steady light attack + heavy up attack. If i use axe i use: run + light attack + hold down + light attack. There you go the full list of the combos i use!

0:42 there's also another more easier way to do that. Dlight, Dash jump dair, nlight. In the most recent patces you dont need the second mdodge. 1:01 Now it's not true, but if you do a dash jump nair gc nlight it's true

Lol, I can do 2:41 minus cd reverse nair recovery (since they get dodge back) and it's a 1-frame dodge window, so I do gc dlight cd recovery. However the timing is super tough to get all jumpables to 1 frame so it's hard for the opponent to get out.

Search up xpivot nair gauntlets. You can also search for blasters as the movement is exactly the same but for blasters. This is pretty hard and it requires a bit of practice though
