I wasn’t a big fan of the whole trophy rework from the start. It was nice pushing to 100k, but now trophies just feel pointless. It feels way too easy to gain most of the time and it doesn’t feel rewarding at all. Once I get my 3,000 Trophies for my Ultra Trophy Box every season it feels like there’s nothing else to do in the game until the new season starts, which really sucks. With the old trophy system, Rank 30s and Rank 35s were things you could grind for whenever you wanted and it felt nice reaching those ranks. Now it’s just Tier Max and it’s so incredibly easy to get. I wish they could bring back the old trophy system, but they definitely aren’t going to do that.

It’s like pushing trophies has lost all of its value, I mean getting a brawler at 1k trophies is about as hard as getting a rank 25 in the old trophy system.. it’s just that no achievement done in the current system will give the same feeling as getting a rank 35 in the old one

Honestly, I liked and hated the trophy rework. They made trophies easier to push for casual players, but difficulted professionals gaining trophies in high brawlers because of the insane 50+ trophy loss, but made matchmaking way quicker because you can face 1k players, and since 1k in a brawler is insanely easy to get because of the low trophy loss and normal trophy winning there’s no bright or dark side of the rework.
