This is how wrestling can be saved right here. Don't give wrestlers a script. Give them the ability to develop their own character and come up with their own words. If they succeed, it will two fold. If it fails, they are removed from the roster.

I do not believe he doesn't get a script, the running script for a previous raw that was released showed bray's promo scripted and he almost said it word for word...
@barrywoods322710 жыл бұрын
Jason Marsh Could you point me in the direction of said script? Sounds very interesting.
@EcnomicSuicide10 жыл бұрын
Jason Marsh bray wyatt creates him own stuff and then the company revises it because of the pg crap and they want creative control. He basically writes his own stuff. The only one who does what he wants is the rock as seen when he just curses, makes fun of people and doesnt get censored. I believe cena also has this privilege but I am not certain.

The Undertaker is really not dead and Kane is not the spawn of Satan...or Taker's brother. With Bray Wyatt...it's still a gimmick. The Husky Harris character WAS him but with a crappy name because he didn't have a gimmick or backstory. He is the son of I.R.S., brother of Bo Dallas not some backwoods cult leader.
@tyciol10 жыл бұрын
Calling Taker "the dead man" does not necessarily mean they are saying he is a corpse. If I was called "the bread man" you would probably assume I was a man who dealt in bread. Taker, being an undertaker, deals with the dead. Jason, nothing about being the son of IRS or the older brother of Bo Dallas prevents someone from being a cult leader. Bray has been to the back woods, we have seen him there, you have no grounds to deny this.

If WWE were to give Bray Wyatt a full face turn I would like to see a similar storyline to the classic Kane and Undertaker feud. Just take an NxT diva and give her the Sister Abigail gimmick. What do you all think?

tyciol Because the first 3 are characters, also including leo Kruger (Johnny Curtis is a middleground himself) Curtis hussey is not a dancer, Glenn Jacobs is not a demon, and Ray Leppan is neither a Party boy wrestler or south african game hunter. Thats not to say the characters dont have extensions of the actors real personality within them. This comment is too generalised, because in reality there are quite a few wrestlers that have characters that dont relate to their real life or who they are.

Responding his comment about Roman Reigns' spear, I do agree that it's a move we've seen a lot, with Edge, Christian, Big Show, Batista, and countless others. But honestly, I think Roman Reigns delivers the best Spear in WWE. When he hits his opponent, he actually looks like he's diving into them with force. Another thing that makes it look more real, is that unlike Edge or Christian, Roman Reigns doesn't start in the corner. He just breaks into a run and it happens almost out of nowhere. So yeah we've seen the Spear done a lot, but I think Reigns made it even better.

@SirJoelsuf110 жыл бұрын
If WWE is smart, they won't start putting Wyatt in title matches until mid 2015. Reigns should beat Lesnar for the title at Rumble and keep it until Bryan (2015 Rumble winner) beats him at Mania 31, then Wyatt (2015 MITB Winner) vs Bryan at Summerslam 2015. Wyatt wins and keeps the title either for the rest of the year or trades title defenses and losses with Bryan. Unless CM Punk comes back. If CM Punk comes back I'm sorry, he should have the title for all of 2015.
@RatedRlegendkillerhs10 жыл бұрын
bigjew899 Why should punk get the title if he comes back haha? (which he probably wont) The dude is awesome as a wrestler, no doubt about that, but he walked out on a contract and just quit without any real explination. It was extremely unprofessional, it would have been alright if he just stayed the extra few months then just not re-sign when his contract ran out. I actually think it would have been a hell of a great storyline but he robbed us of that. I would just see him as unreliable and if it were me I would think twice about resigning him if he opportunity ever came up. You know, just incase he pulled the same bullshit again.

I remember at Wizard World Chicago 2014, Bray arrived super late due to flights being cancelled. So, when he arrived to do the photo ops I asked him for a hug and he was more than happy to give one out. Then when he was doing autographs he asked people for inscriptions, I asked him to write: "He's got the whole world in his hands" and he did it. Such a great dude! Also, Bootleg Kev, please get that guy in the background out of the camera, its distracting and annoying. Thanks!

Even though it already happened before early in both factions careers....WE WANT TO SEE THE WYATTS VS THE SHIELD!!But in a more full blown year long massively violent story like when DX feuded with The Heart Foundation,a feud where parents hide their kids from,where dads are screaming "hells yeah!!" and moms are screaming at the dads for bringing the kids to a violent card,I want that kinda SHIELD/WYATTS type of feud.

Wow, someone is living his gimmick. It's amazing that, just a few years ago, I was wishing that Husky Harris would be yanked from the roster. Now, we have this wonderful character that has become one of my favorites!

It's so awesome that Windam Rotunda is just pretty much being himself just with the name Bray Wyatt he's definitely one of my favorites he actually really seems like a super cool really chill person

Easily one of the best NATURAL talents in many generations of wrestling. Nothing forced at all.

The fact that he just lets his promos come to him on the spot, makes him one of the greatest performers ever.

When I first saw husky Harris on tv I hated him so much. I never thought that he would become my favorite wrestler

Bray Wyatt was really awesome. That moment they discussed, one of the GREATEST moments on Raw in a long time as they said, was definitely when Daniel Bryan and Bray was inside that cage. For a guy like Bray, who only been on the scene for tha short a time (his character), for the fans to react the way they did to the both of them was EPIC. Bray did his job well as the heel, and Bryan obviously had the YES movement. Truly something remarkable!

So presumably his dad's 'real' personality is of an Inland Revenue agent?
@123clintonk9 жыл бұрын
His dad and uncle Barry Windham were known as the U.S. Exspress & were wwe tag team champions. Barry went on to become a member of the Four Horsemen (WWE HOF). Brays dad became Mr. I.R.S. - Irwin R. Sheister.

Mike Rotunda was saddled with some of the worst gimmicks possible, Captain Mike, IRS and Michael Wallstreet. Hell they even stuck him in the nwo when they had 200 members.

I will never stop loving Bray Wyatt. In my future as an independent wrestler I hope I come up with something as original, as powerful, as real as the Bray Wyatt character. This dude is my inspiration man.

Sadly with Lesnar being champ right now and guys like Reigns and Rollins being favorites of HHH and Vinnie Mac I doubt we'll see Bray as WWE champion anytime soon. I think he should have won the belt at MITB but they had other plans for him -- getting buried. Sad.

Miles TheGOAT I don't think a title would ruin him. In fact, I think it would be a great idea to give him the belt. What if the Wyatt family practically took over WWE? That would be awesome. Oh and Jonathan, I wouldn't call Rollins a favorite of HHH and Vince. Rollins has been working his ass off since he started out in his Indy days. Rollins has a lot of talent and I think he deserves to be Mr. MITB. Reigns, however, I can agree with. I think Reigns is horrible. He does the same few moves and he has no mic skills. He's pretty much Cena 2.0

TheIntenseLime The Wyatts taking over the WWE would be great. But Bray doesn't need a title to do that. The title would ruin his gimmick, not him. The gimmick suffers, not the character.
