Atif Bhatti It helps to be part of a legendary family.
@AtifB189 жыл бұрын
Geddo It definitely does! But what really impresses me about Bray Wyatt is that he doesn't have to mention the fact that he is a multi-generational superstar. Cody Rhodes, Ted Dibiase, Randy Orton, Curtis Axel, etc all mentioned repeatedly that they aren't the first in their respectively families to wrestle professionally. Bray didn't have to!
@gedias19 жыл бұрын
Atif Bhatti Bray didn't mention it, but when Husky Harris introduced himself, he said who his father and grandfather were, so some of us knew his heritage before researching.

@GLITZandGLOOM9 жыл бұрын
Exactly. And I love it. Too many guys now with their Twitters and shit, peel back the curtain a little too much and can differentiate between the man and the character. Here, Bray peels the curtain back just enough to speak a little, then puts that curtain right back up. He's being the man AND the character here, making it awfully hard to tell the difference. Keeping kayfabe alive, I like it. More people should take this approach.

@Robology139 жыл бұрын
Yeah I can see the old paradigm of "HW strap or you aint shit" changing. The roster is sooooooooo stacked, there's soooooo much talent it's something that's bound to happen. Only 1 guy can be the champ, that doesn't mean everyone else who's not sucks or is being screwed/burried. I think both wrestlers and fans alike are going to to start appreciating mid-carders for the crazy talent they are. Even the 1st match at a WWE event is > the main event damn near anywhere else. Nothing to be ashamed of. WWE is the big time, every match is between the best of the best. Bray's the man, he's got crazy talent, we all see that .... belt or no belt, I don't think any of us respect him any less or see him as any less of a wrestler.
@anthonyanderson93039 жыл бұрын
Robert Schwartzback that's how it used to be back in the day. Many times the best talents were the mid careers which is why Daniel Bryan being ic champ is a good thing imo. Even someone like Middle has gotten over and he'll probably never be a main eventer.

There seems to be a lot of Taker in Bray. Both guys give the impression they are incredibly loyal to the business and both guys are rarely put in really silly situations, they're put in matches and scenarios that fit their character for the most part, which I think is in part because they've been rewarded for their loyalty. I wholeheartedly believe Bray can not only be 'The next Undertaker', he will ascend to be his own entity without comparison to Taker.

There have been some great promos over the years and a million shitty ones. But, Ive never seen anything like what Bray Wyatt does. There are straight forward obvious promos and there are some out in left field(Ultimate Warrior was way out there) but Wyatt is able to be proficient, pastoral, and even prophetic. He paints a dark, apocalyptic, and meaningful canvas with his words, the tone of his voice, and facial expressions. You just do not get many eloquent superstars in the WWE. Not to mention this dude is a BEAST in the squared circle. I'd like to see him turn Bo Dallas into a Wyatt and use Bo as a Reverend to preach the Word of Bray.

I like Bray he is old school as Taker is. His Family is a Legendary Family.. His Dad is IRS and as we know apart of the Million Dollar Man's Group and whom UnderTaker is linked too in the beginnings of a Legend. Of anyone who could be The next Phenom it's him. I've been a Taker fan since 91 I saw him on WWF Superstars. And I trained my eyes too roll back in my head.. years late he was a huge influence creating my Character, 17 years of haunted house entertaining. If they had more Bray Wyatts and Paige's where it is just an extension of who they are. I even think Stardust is just a extension.. Listening to his interview and promos It was very entertaining. If your having fun and the fans are having fun. In the ring all of them kick butt. I hate when their so serious or bland. The Bellas oh my Undertaker, they are nice girls Vince, HHH someone send em too a acting school. I really like Mizdow as well. I think the Miz and Golddust are the entertaining long term guys who are very underrated.

he should've been in a match before the streak was broken bc undertaker was still immortal so he was actually scary, which would be demon vs demon, or he should've been the one to end it due to that comparison of creepiness, or retire him like bray thought abt instead of some "guy" who is being pushed undeservingly, no one liked him and had a horrible character. aka roman ofc.
@rcspeedy8109 Жыл бұрын
I remember watching an interview of the Undertaker and he said if he were to pick who wanted to end the streak, he would've picked either Bray or Roman. I think Bray would have been perfect.
