I have found in situations like this, if you take the time to find the humor in it, we all have a laugh and are then able to move on. If it comes in as distracting, you pull them aside and explain it to them. Again, hard to say not knowing the school or the students. In my class I would likely be able to have a good laugh and move on with my day.
