I had 2 rounds of bbl because i had nothing back there. I recently lost 30 pounds or so. My butt is a lot smaller 😢. Also i never "fluffed or "dropped" like they said i would. It's been 2 years since the last one. The only thing I've noticed is a few months ago my hips just disappeared.

I had bbl in April 2022. No I’ve lost bitt volume and gained all upper body weight. Diet has not been helping regain the butt fat, only the upper body. I’m the same exact weight I was at procedure but body composition changed and I’m bqck to my pre op proportions

I had fat to my face and some died. You didn't discuss that. Not all the fat transferred will survive and could cause depressions. Can you comment?

I believe I said this in the video. but not all fat will survive the traumatic process of liposuction, processing and then grafting. the fat cells are like bubbles. very fragile. about 40% don't survive the whole process. you should not expect to keep 100%. why most surgeons will "over graft" to make sure the right amount will survive. if a grafted area has a "dent" then that means that little area didn't have good take, and the fat grafted around the area survived. thus a "dent". hope that helps

When should I except to see my final results? I had a BBL August 1st, I lost 10 pounds after that was what I had gained for the procedure. I had ab sculpting done and developed a seroama I had it drained but I believe that made the skin in my lower tummy to not reattach properly. I have lose skin on my stomach now which I never had even after having two kids. After my BBL I had a digital scan of my body done and I only gained 2 inches on my hips and lost 2 inches around my waists. I weighed 138 5’6 on my surgery date. I now weigh 132. Idk if I would do it again. Not worth the money or now saggy skin. I plan on having Emtone done on my abdominal area next week. I had that done in the past and it works unlike Cool Sculpting.

Dr .Morales, why is it that most BBl loose the fat that was transfer in BBL. Are the hip dips a really hard place for fat cells to survive?

expect about 40% to resorb. as long as body weight stays the same. the fat should survive. I "overdraft" knowing that 40% will not survive. just understand that there is always a tissue compliance to grafting volume. everyone expects too much of fat transfer in one session.

I’m in the military. I wanted butt implants but I saw from another video of yours that we cannot work our booties. 😀 Thanks for that vid by the way! The next best option seems to be BBL. I have hip dips and at forty my body is telling on me. Gravity has taken over in full force. I don’t anticipate retiring yet. I want to be forty and fine. Any advice?

@@jaimenazaryan860 sagging in my opinion has everything to do with weight/size of the butt as well as the aging process. implants in my opinion in theory will stay higher during the aging process because they are in the muscle than a BBL alone.

So when you gain muscle then the fat shrinks for the muscle. Is it just better health wise? Will the fat be more likely to have cellulite? The muscle is on the bone and the fat is closer to the skin correct?

@@cynthiajordan7511 only lose fat with diet. building more muscle does improve metabolism, and if you do it right may lose body fat. more fat anywhere may make present cellulite better or worse. never know. bbl typically does not create cellulite. unless with significant weight gain. muscle over bone. fat under skin.

expecting that 100% of the fat survives is exceedingly unrealistic. I would never say so. nor any surgeon who does this frequently. even in the best of hands only about 60% survives. fat cells are very fragile. removing them from the body and transferring is a traumatic event. best technique uses minimal trauma. no thermal devices to remove fat (laser, or vaser), minimum time outside of body before transfer, avoid physical trauma, and placement diffusely into body area. hope that helps explain better. thanks.

ITS TEMPORARY. I have lived in the BBL capital in FLORIDA AND ATLANTA and I can tell from the dozens of women Ive seen in my family social circles etc. It doesn't last beyond a year unless youre willing to STAY FAT. The only women who I have seen who only needed ONE TIME STAYED FAT. The women had to constantly STAY FAT and putting on weight to maintain it. Meanwhile they were getting fat back rolls and double chins to keep the fat. The women who didn't stay FAT had to go back for round 2 until they needed the implants. You can only gain weight and get fat transfer so many times until only option left is implants. The fat in hip dips were gone the quickest. The area is just not good at storing fat. I found its just betS to get LARGE VOLUME LIPO of upper body and arround the gluteal area to make the booty pop. lipo is permanent as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle Its truely not worth it to PAY SO MUCH MONEY GO THROUGH SO MUCH TIME ENERGY AND PAIN FOR SOMETHING that is temporary. If it was permanent Id say yes GO FOR IT. bUT IT TRUELIY IS TEMPORARY.
