No jogging but can you do other sorts of cardio such as elliptical machines or rowing machines? And is high intensity LEG workout (such as leg raises on the machine) still possible? I had to get my implants replaced because they had flipped from jogging and now I want to be really careful but I still want to be active.

more activity with glute muscle only increases risk of enlarging space and implants to flip. I do not advise training your glutes after augmentation. just like I don't advise training chest after breast augmentation. similar concepts.

It sounds like you can't do a lot of exercise. Can you do the thigh machine? Can you work your thigh tops and back of thighs. Can you do pilates? And is walking briskly like 4.0 mph okay?
