Brazilian Meat Series

My wife and I live in Belo Horizonte (BH), Minas Gerais, Brazil.
The first thing that comes to mind in Brazil is probably "samba." And next is "Churrasco"?
Enjoying churrasco at home is probably the best part of living in Brazil. This time we will introduce "Picanha", the representative Brazilian meat.
