Sorry for not writing in Japanese. I have been carnivore for 2 years now. Good quality Beef, Eggs and small fish (sardines) will give you evrything your body needs. Eating carbohydrates with meat (fats) is a bad idea because fatty acids and glucose compete for entry into your cells. If are going to eat carbs (->glucose) don't eat fatty animal products at the same time. And then when you eat meat, don't eat many carbs (Ketogenic) or any carbs (Carnivore) . Carbs are not essential for life; your body can maufacture glucose by itself.
