I see Bre is an in-between of Justine and you, she got Justine's looks and your hair. Genetic is an interesting thing. Also her house is beautiful. So sorry that you didn't get enough sleep, hope all is well. My advice is to just take 4 hours naps often to reset your bio clock. That is how I cope with constantly switching between day, swing, and night work shifts, when I switch it means going to a completely different sleep schedule and be awake at the right time for work. Going on night shift was the hardest, it means I have to flip between night and day and it is like I jetlagged after traveling to China from US.
