ബ്രെഡും ഉരുളങ്കിഴങ്ങും മുട്ടയും കൊണ്ടൊരു ഈസി സ്നാക്ക് | Potato bread crispy Fry /Ramadan Recipe

Ingredients:
Bread - 2 slices (Toasted and halved)
Potato - 2
Egg - 3
Onion - 1 big (Finely chopped)
Green chilly - 1 small (Finely chopped)
Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
Crushed dry red chilly
Garam Masala
Salt
Steps:
Add egg, onion, coriander leaves, green chilly, crushed red chilly, grated potato, garam masala and salt to a bowl and mix well with a fork.
Heat oil in a pan.
Top the bread slice with a thick layer of the egg mixture.
Transfer this to hot oil with the coated side facing down.
Add a layer of the egg mixture on top also.
Cook both sides on high flame till the coating gets roasted well.
Then reduce to medium and cook both sides.
Once cooked, remove and enjoy the special potato bread egg fry hot-hot!

Mia, the oil gets frothy when we add both the egg yolk and the white together. In cutlets we are supposed to add only the egg whites. You pls try this way and see. I have mentioned only bc u have asked it..Many many happy returns of the day..God bless..
