Ingredients:
Roti / Chapati dough
Egg
Onion
Capsicum
Green chilly
Pepper powder
Salt
Pizza sauce
Shredded cheese
Steps:
Roll out chapatis out of the dough.
Add eggs, green chilly, finely chopped onion, capsicum, pepper powder and salt into a bowl and mix well.
Heat a pan and cook chapatis. Remove from the pan.
Spread a few spoons of pizza sauce on the cooked chapatis.
Pour the egg mixture into a hot pan.
Reduce heat and sprinkle grated cheese.
Before the egg gets fully cooked, place the chapati on to the cheese, with the side with pizza sauce facing down.
Flip and sprinkle some cheese.
Flip again. Take care not to burn the cheese again.
Flip and remove.
Repeat with the rest of the dough. Do not stack the pizzas as it might stick to each other.
Cut into pizza slices and enjoy the Wheat Egg Pizza!
