Nice video. We have an issue with a Private Health Insurance company in Australia. The CEO has blatantly lied in the past to cover up issues. Communication is withheld for 8 years about rules, interpretations or feedback. Aggressive and discriminatory treatment. The health fund has a patient code switching numbers culture at management and customer service desk level.

Either or both patties can include liquidated damages. Just make certain they represent actual losses from a breach.

If you have a non-compete agreement, it will lay out the limits of your side work. If there is no non-compete, you are free to work outside of your job. The limits are when your side activity violates your duty of loyalty to the employer, which is to not compete with or usurp business from the employer without making them aware and giving them an option at the business opportunity first.
