Thank you for this very helful video. I've found Ezekiel Bread doesn't have the side effects of other (even some whole grain) breads with preservatives. Ezekiel Bread is pure and can be found in health food stores and supermarkets.

You did get the message wrong mate. Bread and water is about the minimum requirements to keep going (and refers to the idea that even if you´re poor or not, you don´t need a bunch of stuff to live a decent life in every possible way). And no offense, but based on your figure, you eat way more than that. Stop preaching if you turn the history and knowledge to your own personal benefit.
