Bread Buns / Dinner Rolls with Streusel Topping

Ingredients for bread buns:
250g / 2 cups wheat flour + extra for dusting
25 g / 2 tbsp sugar
3 g / 0.5 tsp salt
1 egg white
20 g / 1.5 tbsp vegetable oil
3 g / 1 tsp dry yeast
Streusel ingredients:
2 tbsp wheat flour
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sugar
Egg yolk + 1 tsp of milk for brushing
Bake at 180 C / 360 F for 20 minutes or until golden brown!
