Добрый день. Я хочу найти рецепт выпечки, которую у нас называли пышечник или лепешечник. Внешне похож на круглый хлеб, покрытый крышечкой из простого теста, а внутри состоял из мягких кусочков теста, скорее всего их обмакивают перед выпечкой в смеси яйца со сливочным масло....но я точно не знаю...ела я такую прелесть в далёком детстве...это часто пекла бабушка...нижняя и боковые корочки были масляные и поджаристые... буду очень благодарна, если кто-то подскажет, как это приготовить. Всем всего самого доброго.
