When my little brother passed away in 1985 with a rare illness, we did a lot of fund raising for research into bone marrow transplants. The cast of Bread were extraordinary in their contributions to our fundraising efforts most notably Nick Conway and Jenny Jay (who played Adrian's girlfriend Carmen). They were a wonderful group of people and I still have all the letters they sent to me as a child. Jenny and I have remained close friends to this day.

She had heart complaint for years weeks before due to get pacemaker she was visiting her mother's grave and took suspected heart attack I can't imagine how bereft she was to point of dropping dead on her own mothers grave grief does awful things to human body, I've lost so many many much loved friends and relatives including my own mother, grandmother, my mums partner and nans best friend plus dozen more its absolute brutally horrific. I really love these programs so many kany ended so premiturely they will never ever ever be remade we live in such daft political correct society where by people are so very easily offended by most stupidest silliest of things take the Good Life had to have a warning at the start of the programe that some images are off racist nature that my friends was none other than her wearing a kitchen Apron with a Golly wog on it for goodness sake God loves us all as his Brother's and Sister's regardless of who we are, our skin colour, gender, nationallity and other things like the Christmas song When a Child is Born mentions this. These programs can't be remade because nearly all the great talented actors and actresses are long deceased or are far too advance in age and or frailties I miss all old TV shows one pilot program comedy that only ran for few episodes with no reason of what happened why did it get removed in 1999/2001 it was absolutely hilarious it was Irish comedy on BBC one or two called The Fitz I loved episode shes going through the house with pot tea she falls through floorboards and shows up in next room with full teapot no spillage says something like that floor needs fixed. TV shows and documentaries etc have hugely vastly changed which is sad as so many are so atrociously awful and unwatchable. Some I very highly recommend to those needing laugh watch Rikki Fulton's Rev IM Jolly he also played Scotch Wry we watched it every new year at Hogmanay he plays a fake Church of Scotland Minister his true Religion in real life in 1980s he also played at loads theatres as Francie and Josie Glaswegian people have very strong accents it can be very hard to decipher what's being said Jack Milroy played his part in this sketch with Rikki from 1958 to 1990s comedians of today don't even last five years let alone decades Jack and Rikki best bits on stage were are ye dancing so funny. Another great Scots are Gregory Fisher, Elaine C Smith, Karen Dunbar either on her own or as group with others from Chewing the Fat and Still Game. Elaine C Smith and Gregory Fisher played Rab C Nesbitt love the episode work Elaine gives Park Warden Glasgow Kiss called severe Malky to the English its full face head butt between nose to forehead

This is the problem when young people make these kinds of videos, they don't recognise the right people.
