Glad to hear he wasn't high and mighty. But, he was a man of strong faith apparently. If he could keep his ego in check, treat people as he wanted to be treated amongst the plethora of snotty Hollyweird actors, he surely must have been a humble soul. He and his wife must have been close to the Lord. If I had to live in Hollyweird, I'd have to cling to Jesus more desperately, too. ✝ Hollyweird is as corrupt and evil as they come.

@@carltonthepug Honor and worship are somewhat different. Honor is to think and respect someone highly. Not bowing down and clinging to a person's every word. Worship is to listen, obey and love God and His Word. Not man's. We really don't know squat like we think we do so why put complete faith and trust in another flawed human being? You can respect humans. Not worship them. Unlike millions of brain dead fans who would listen and obey their favorite celebrity and get angry when someone else is not much of a fan. It's lunacy.

GOPHER was my teenage crush! 💕 But I honestly loved them all. Every Saturday night brought on new celebrities, fun love stories, and crazy antics of the crew. Once in a while, I'll catch an old episode and of course, I sing along to the opening song.

I loved them all!!!! So happy to hear that their all doing well. This blessed my heart so much. I wish they would do a reboot of the love boat and let me be a guess on it!! 😉 we really need these kinds of shows back on tv to show this generation and generations to come how to live, love, and most of all be happy. I hardly ever watch live tv, mostly old shows. Because I love to love and laugh!! It keeps me feeling good. Thanks for sharing their lives with us. 🥰

Me too, it seems to be a cheap way to get a laugh in stand up comedy these days as well. I remember my dad kicking my brother's friend out of our house when he didn't follow my dad's rule of no cussing in our house. He was maybe 19 at the time and my dad had already warned him not to cuss in our home. I wish more parents cared like this

There are enough film and television "stars" from the 90's and 00's to kick off a show similar to this one. Just good fun, a chance to see faces that are familiar to us from better times and in many cases a chance for these folks to get out and share their stagecraft. I still watch the original Love Boat and other shows from that time every day after work. They are a heck of a lot better than most of the crap that's on today.

This was a wonderful podcast, Do You Remember Tesm! Thank you! Issac and Gopher were my favorites! I got a laugh out of the fact that even in the 1970s and 1980s it was not commonplace to have intercultural relationships on TV. Whenever the beginning credits displayed Black folks, I knew Issac would be the focal point❤️; not positive or negative-just a comical observation🤣!
