Recipe and ingredients:
230 ml warm water.
30 ml warm milk 6%.
30 g honey.
15 ml vegetable oil.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
1 tablespoon sugar. 7 g dry yeast.
Stir thoroughly to activate the yeast.
300 grams of wheat flour.
90 grams of oat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Let's start by kneading the dough.
The dough should be a little sticky.
Cover with a towel and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
After the dough has rested, add 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Turn the dough several times.

Cover with cling film and let rise for 15-20 minutes.
Turn the dough a few more times.
