I am so glad I found you. I bought a KBS like yours and I love it. My first thing to make was the banana bread but this was before I found your video. I did not do it right..too dense and too mushy b/c I used too much banana and added other ingredients. I am eating that as it's still edible but...now I can see what I did wrong and will be following your instructions. You are very good at explaining and I wanted to thank you!

Thanks Belinda for all the tips you mention and why it makes the recipe better. I would not have thought of mixing the ingredients first then only using the machine to bake it. Plus this recipe works for zucchini too which is a favorite of mine. 🌟🌟🌟

If you want to ripen your bananas fast put 2 or 3 apples in a bag with the bananas. Close up your bag. In morning they will be ripe! Also to slow down the ripening process on bananas cover the stalk with aluminum foil all over tightly on stalks! I sometimes do each banana stim when I separate the bananas!! Try it!
